Terms & Conditions v3cuci — Terms of Use for the Malaysian Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless stated otherwise:

• "v3cuci" or "Platform" refers to the v3cuci.biz website, mobile application, and all related services operated under the v3cuci brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the v3cuci platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by an individual to access v3cuci's services.
• "Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in a user's account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by v3cuci to users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "RNG" refers to a Random Number Generator — software that produces game outcomes randomly and has been independently audited.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process — the identity verification procedure carried out by v3cuci for security and compliance purposes.

To register and use the v3cuci platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are 18 years and above at the time of registration. v3cuci strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals and will take legal action where necessary.
• You are individual person who registers for personal use only — not on behalf of any business entity, company, or organisation.
• You are not currently on any gambling platform's self-exclusion list or any active problem gambling assistance programme.
• You registered in your own name and that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Registering with a false name or another person's information is a serious violation.
• You understand that online gambling may be regulated by the laws in your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active v3cuci account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms. v3cuci employs a sophisticated detection system to identify duplicate accounts based on name, phone number, email address, IP address, device, and financial information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Report to v3cuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity carried out under your account, including bets placed using your account balance.
• Ensuring that your account information is always kept up to date and accurate.

A KYC (identity verification) process will be conducted when a user makes their first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawal amounts exceed the set threshold. v3cuci reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering procedures.

V3cuci accepts deposits exclusively through the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Deposit conditions that all v3cuci users must comply with:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in own username. Depositing using another person's account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
• V3cuci does not accept cash deposits, international wire transfers, or any payment method not listed above.
• Processed deposits cannot be reversed except in technically verified circumstances confirmed by the v3cuci team.
• V3cuci reserves the right to reject or freeze any deposit that raises suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only.

V3cuci is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stated timeframe. Your winnings belong to you, and we will not withhold payments without legitimate grounds. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method that same using the same method as your most recent deposit, for security verification purposes.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and within 15 to 30 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 requires additional verification and may take up to 1 working hour.
• V3cuci reserves the right to request supporting documents (MyKad, bank statement) for large withdrawals or those that raise suspicion.

Bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements cannot issued. If a user attempts to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited and only the actual cash balance will be processed for withdrawal.

V3cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, daily rebates, weekly cashback, and special promotions for selected games. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promotion has wagering requirement (e.g., 25x, 30x, or 35x the bonus value) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirement is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once only by each new user. Attempting to reclaim it using a new account is a violation of our terms.
• V3cuci reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Promotions have expiry date which is clearly stated. Bonuses that are not used within that period will expire automatically.
• V3cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games available on the v3cuci platform — including slots, poker, roulette, Live Casino, and virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Results for all RNG-based games (slots, video poker, roulette, virtual sports) are final after the results are displayed. v3cuci does not modify game results once they have occurred.
• In the event of a technical error or software malfunction during an active game, v3cuci reserves the right to declare that round void and return the stakes to the players.
• Incomplete bets due to internet connection issues on the user's end not is the responsibility of v3cuci. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary depending on the game category and the user's VIP status.
• V3cuci uses an independently audited RNG. Audit reports are available upon request. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is openly displayed.

The following additional rules apply specifically to the Sports Betting and live match sections of v3cuci:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once verified by the system, except in cases of official match cancellation.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before reaching the 90th minute (for football) or before full time, bets will be returned at odds of 1.00 unless the outcome has already been determined.
• V3cuci reserves the right to void odds that contain obvious errors on a match and return the stakes to the players.
• Function Cash Out is subject to availability during live matches. v3cuci reserves the right to suspend the Cash Out function in certain situations, such as sports data network instability.
• Bets placed after a match has started (in-play betting) are valid, provided that odds were not seeded after the relevant event has already occurred.
• For virtual sports betting, results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v3cuci platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the platform, manipulate games, or exploit software bugs for unauthorised gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the v3cuci platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating bets with other users to exploit bonus promotions.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets on the v3cuci platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in games such as poker to manipulate outcomes for mutual gain.
• False Information: Providing false registration information, falsifying KYC documents, or concealing your true identity.

V3cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., underage, use of false identity).
• In the event that v3cuci receives a valid and verified complaint from an affected third party.
• At the user's own request — an account can be closed at any time by contacting the support team.
• A self-exclusion action requested by the user through the responsible gambling tools.

If an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of terms, v3cuci reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including cash and bonuses. If the termination is initiated by v3cuci for reasons unrelated to a user breach, any cash balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.

V3cuci provides a platform that meets high industry standards, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Our liability is limited as follows:

• V3cuci is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by regulatory authorities.
• V3cuci is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own internet connection failure during an active game session.
• V3cuci's maximum liability to any user in the event of a dispute is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the dispute.
• V3cuci makes no guarantees or warranties regarding winnings or success in any game.

V3cuci takes its social responsibility seriously. We provide the following responsible gambling tools for all users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon being set. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Time Reminder: Enable periodic reminders to receive notifications once you have spent a set amount of time in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or a permanent one through your account settings. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

• V3cuci fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
